RANDALL P. SPACKMAN has practiced law in the Southern California area for over 30 years in the areas of franchise, corporate and business transaction matters. Mr. Spackman was in-house counsel for the following companies: Denny’s Restaurants, El Pollo Loco Restaurants, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, and Fantastic Sam’s Hair Care. He also served as Director and First Vice President, Corporate Development for Century 21, and as President and CEO for Fantastic Sam’s. Mr. Spackman has served as a member of the Franchise Law Committee of the California State Bar.
He graduated from Brigham Young University, where he earned a B.A. Degree Cum Laude in History and a Master of Public Administration Degree. Mr. Spackman is a Juris Doctor graduate of Duke University School of Law, where he served as an Editor of Duke Law Review and Director of the Duke Moot Court.
In his consulting role with Geiger & Merritt, LLP, Mr. Spackman will continue to utilize his broad experience in handling complex franchise and real estate transactional matters for the Firm.
