EDWARD H. CUMMINGS is the Firm's senior litigation counsel. Mr.
Cummings is a 1968 graduate of Loyola University School of Law. He has
extensive experience in business, real estate, and finance litigation,
much of it involving multi-million dollar claims. He also has
experience in real estate and franchise transactions and disputes. Mr. Cummings has represented hospitals,
banks, insurance companies, real estate developers and brokers, and
contractors in cases involving lease disputes, escrows, disclosure
laws, zoning, land use, subdivisions, appeals, arbitrations and
mediations. His practice includes advising our clients on litigation
prevention. Mr. Cummings specializes in business litigation,
commercial, real estate and construction law.
